- data provided when ordering: first and last name, delivery address, email, phone number and, optionally, Tax ID (NIP) and invoice details,

4. Data recipients
We may share your data with: the store platform operator (Shopify), the payment operator, courier companies (InPost, DHL, DPD) and the shipping broker (Apaczka), the order management system (BaseLinker), our accounting office, and providers of analytics and mailing tools — only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (including Shopify and analytics tools) may process data outside the European Economic Area. This takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, have it erased, restrict its processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the sales contract. Without it, we cannot fulfil your order.
